Being the best leader you can be takes more than striving to achieve. It means opening to the possibilities around you.

To me, coaching a leader is a privilege. My executive clients put their trust in me and share some of their most private concerns about their workplace. They have often agreed to have some assessments completed and feedback provided to them.

To get the most out of coaching they require a safe and supportive environment. My clients tell me I always provide that environment for them. Sometimes a bit of tough love is required to tell them the truth that perhaps others do not feel comfortable doing, but it is done with respect at all times. I embrace the idea of working with them to be the best leaders they can be.

I have spent over 20 years on the front lines of corporate coaching, working with teams and leaders to perform at their highest level.

"Upon moving into a new position with broader responsibilities, my thoughts turned to formal coaching. Ann came highly recommended and has really helped me focus and improve in key areas. She helped translate feedback into tangible goals and was very effective in guiding me, checking on progress and providing me with tools that helped me stay the course.  The experience was very positive and I have retained knowledge and habits that will continue to help me in the future."

Engaging Ann as my business coach was a smart decision. Recruited into a new role, I faced challenges I had not encountered before: managing a large team, working with a remote boss, leading a cultural change and reorganizing my department for sustainability. I was working too hard and at risk of not keeping pace with ever increasing demands. Ann quickly earned my trust and leveraged that trust to give me candid feedback on what I was doing well and how I might be more productive and effective. Most importantly, Ann helped me become a stronger leader – something my team needed and wanted. I would recommend Ann as a coach for any leader looking to be more productive, effective and affirmative.
