Ann has assisted her clients to take a closer look at themselves and their work environments in order to achieve the life and work that they desire. She accomplishes this using a serious, yet light hearted approach with a focus on awareness and action.
Ann is an experienced and highly qualified coach and facilitator. She spent almost 10 years in the health care sector as a counselor, 7 years as a senior manager of employee development in the IT consulting world and 13 years as an independent coach and consultant. This wealth of experience in the public, not for profit and private sectors is a huge advantage when working with clients in a variety of sectors.
Ann has designed and developed programs on leadership, team development, communication skills, presentation skills, performance management and emotional intelligence in the workplace. Her focus on front end assessment of groups or teams leads to customized interventions that her clients have declared to be highly productive and energizing. She also has extensive experience in facilitation both for strategic and operational planning.
Ann is developing a deep level of expertise using 360-feedback models and has delivered feedback to hundreds of senior managers and executives. She is certified in the use of four 360 models and is excited about the depth of feedback and client awareness that is possible using these tools.
Ann has a Masters in Education from the University of Ottawa and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.
